For our growing diagnostics business in the companion animal health industry in the Benelux we are looking for an ambitious and strong Business Manager Diagnostics.

Description de la fonction

As a Business Manager in the Diagnostics sector, your primary objective is to oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of our diagnostics business unit. You will play an essential role in driving strategic initiatives, managing the sales team effectively (5 FTE) and fostering growth opportunities within the diagnostics division. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing business and marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. By providing insightful leadership and operational expertise, you will contribute to the continued success and expansion of our diagnostics portfolio. The following core responsibilities are yours:

  • Strategy & planning: market research, identify business opportunities and develop growth marketing strategies. Leading the operations and financials of the unit.
  • People development: effective and inspiring leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
  • Relationships: develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with our customers.
  • Compliance: maintain high standard of business conduct and records including CRM.

Profil

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager;
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration or a related field;
  • Track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets;
  • Interest or work experience in the (animal) health industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Result driven, networker, problem solver, analytical and customer focused;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
